International Air Cargo Transport

According to the cargo, we inform to clients the most convenient flight and commuter options, freight rates and restrictions on size and weight of packages or pallets, according to aircrafts and holds measures, special labels, etc.

Export

  • We confirm booking of the hold with the airline and report the details allowing the client´s customs broker the compilation of the shipping permit.
  • We receive your cargo at the Airport and deliver it at the storage, so that, once the Customs documentation is finished, the deliver cargo is placed on board.
  • Monitoring and flight confirmation and arrival at destination.
  • Issuance, Delivery and Management of the airway bill and any other required documentation.

Import

  • We accept the client´s request to coordinate the shipment, communicating immediately with the provider through our agent at origin
  • We report to clients the status of their cargo and report the probable date of shipment, flights, etc.
  • Confirmation of flight arrival and delivery of AWB and other documentation.

Determination of Shipping Charges

The criterion determined by IATA (International Air Transport Association) is applied for all types of packaging and shipping, determining the “volumetric weight”, as follows:
